EE have over charged

EE have over charged me in my October bill by £100 and will not give me back my money until my bill is due on 19th November.  GIVE ME BACK

MY MONEY EE ITS NOT YOURS TO HOLD ON TOO!!!!

Have you been able to log in to your My EE and download your bill?

 

 

Once your bill has downloaded you should be to see why there has been any additional charges. 

 

If you could then please pop back and let me know what these charges fall under I will be happy to help further.

I made an insurance claim and EE have charged me the excess fee twice.  It’s on my file! I made a complaint about this also and heard nothing.
