Why is the app not recognising my password when the web page allows me to log in as normal. I have reinstalled the app and it has made no difference

Hi, yes several times which go ahead and work on the webpage but not the app

Yes Katie & the app on iPhone & iPad have the same error while browser on both is fine

I am having exactly the same issue and no matter how many times I reset the password or delete and reinstall the App it doesn’t work
any help gratefully received as it is very frustrating

EE tech support looked & could only fix it by changing the password so it doesn’t contain any special characters such as & ! £ etc.
