I’ve not been able to make or receive any phone calls today. When people have tried to call me or says ‘number not available’. When I have tried to make calls it doesn’t go through. I need to make phone calls to check up on my grandad who is living alone and is over 85 years old - we chat nearly everyday so this is not ideal at all. In additional I am currently in the process of purchasing a car and cannot contact the seller!! Why is this happening and what can be done to fix things? I am very disappointed to say the least. @James_B @Alex_S @Leanne_T @community

Can you enter your postcode into the EE service checker and see if it reports any problems. Please select the "I have a problem" option.
