Hi All,
I have been sent a SIM, installed in phone and I get EE network signal. However can't make or receive any calls. I tried phoning business support and keep getting told it's an Orange number and to phone 07973 100 150, but this is also a EE number and I end up in loop.
Same issue with Live Chat , the rep advises they can't access the account , give me a number and back in the loop.
I'm guessing somewhere on the EE system this number is incorrectly logged as an Orange number, who can I contact ?

Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.

Hi @randyp13
Not that it's going to alter the result (needing to call EE C/S), but how did you source this SIM?
Was it a replacement for a lost/stolen one? Or a new connection?

I got it through my Company helpdesk who ordered it for me, there is an EE delivery note with an account number to quote when registering and another account number in a box on the delivery note.
Just phoned EE and none of the account numbers mean anything to them, I have just been transferred on hold , will update asap

No luck with EE via the phone , the phone number and SIM serial number can't be found on their systems.
I'll have to contact my helpdesk again and get the EE account information before I can continue.
I'll update once I make some progress.

Hi @randyp13,
Our small business support teams don't have the correct systems to access corporate accounts.
Your SIM card should activate automatically within 24 hours, if it doesn't, please ask your helpdesk to contact your company's account manager or business support on 158 from any EE mobile.
