Hi, I have a perks account which I have previously successfully used. My contract is now up and I am looking at upgrade options but my perks account does not recognise my password. I have tried the password reset , kept getting an error that my login details were invalid then a message stating my account was frozen for 24 hours. That time has now passed and I have tried to reset my password again and I am getting the same error message.

Thanks for coming to the community.
Are you using your work or personal email to reset the password?
Have you tried registering again for a Perk account?

I used my work email to reset.
Following your reply i tried to register (with work email) and got reply stating I am already registered
so no success
