Hi, I need to contact EE perks as some of our employees are unable to access the site

Hi, we have employees that work in schools and are unable to access the site as their email address won't work on the system and their ID badges are not accepted

Have you tried registering with personal emails then uploaded photo ID of your work pass?

Hi yes they have but it is rejected as they don't have the company logo on only the school.  Is there any way that we can add email addresses to qualify?

If your employer is signed up to EE Perk, your Benefits or HR team will be aware of the scheme. Please contact the relevant team within your organisation.
