I am trying to log in to my EE perks however it keeps saying that my login details are invalid. I have tried registering a new account however it says that my details are already being used for an account so this is not the problem. I have tried entering my email to reset my password and it says that the email has been sent, however I have not received an email and I have checked the junk folder.
if it is saying that a password reset email has been sent why am I not receiving one?

Did you register with your work or personal email address?
Are you using the same email to request the password reset?
