I upgraded my phone yesterday and received a ‘your order is on the way’ email, money has been taken for the upfront cost but nothing since and I can’t track it, should I be able to track it by now?

Has the email you've received no order number?
If not then you can speak to EE CS on 150 for the tracking number.

yes email has an order number but when I put that in to track online it says no information available!
