EE Perks code not valid

Hi, trying to purchase a Samsung galaxy flip z phone in mirror purple on the 40gb no swappable benefit plan but it’s saying that it’s not valid, generated 2 different codes directly through your EE perks website but both not valid, please help

If you call freephone 0800 956 6000 select option 2 then option 1 a sales advisor will be able to validate your perk code and process your order.
