Hi,
Does anyone know how you go about ending your contract? And if you end it can you swap your number to new phone/different network?
Is there a number to ring/text?
I have tried to get online chat to help but is not working at the minute due to covid-19/busy staff.

Welcome to the EE Community,
if you text the word PAC to 65075 you will get a text back with your PAC code which will be valid for 30 days.
Once you have your PAC code you will need to give it to your new provider.
