Hello, I actually left UK few days ago. And I changed the sim card. I am not using the number, but I noticed just before to be charged from my bank account. I forgot to cancel in advance.. sorry for that. Could I get a refund and cancel that contract now?
And also I am wondering if I am able to keep my number when I re-contract next time.
thank you so much!

You need to call and give 30 days notice.
You won't get a refund just because you forgot to cancel.
You can ask to move the number to PAYG so you can keep the number but you need to make a chargeable call or text to keep the number active every 6 months.

Is that okay if someone else call instead of me to cancel?

@eunhwa Is your contract at its minimum term ? If it’s not you’ll have to pay off the remaining term of the contract. And no you’ll have to call as the account is in your name.

It passed, so I don't have any panelty of cancellation at the moment. But I
am currently out of UK, should I use an overseas call? I was going to ask
to my friend..

@eunhwa EE will only speak with you as it’s you’re account.
