Hello, I'm hoping that someone can give me some clarity on a recent order I've made for the SIM card mentioned in the subject title.
I placed the order on the 14th May with a delivery of 2-3 days however it's coming up to 2 weeks this Thursday with no update.
I recieved a confiramtion email & an order number of 'xxxxxxxxxxxx'.
Please could I have an update on the order and the expected dispatch date.
