Hey, I ordered a pair of AirPods on Friday over the phone as there was a problem with me ordering online, but I haven’t heard anything since. The money had gone out of my account but I have no confirmation or delivery updates..

Could you check your junk/spam folders for a confirmation email?

 

Were you given any indication of when they might arrive?

My spam is empty 😞 

The lady on the phone said it will be here today and I paid £6 for it to be delivered but I have had no updates at all.

Sadly not 😞  thought I would have heard something over the weekend or this morning but no joy.

In that case I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can look into this for you.

 

They will have access to your account and provide you with an update.
