Duplicate SIM card

Hello,

I've lost my phone and I'd like to get a duplicate SIM card. Unfortunaly, I don't know how to ask for it because the live chat looks like isn't working.

Also, I am  in Spain and I won't go back soon to UK, could you send me a duplicate SIM card to Spain?

Thanks

You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM. EE will not post abroad.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

@VictoriaOlm19 , Have you reported your phone as lost or stolen? I would strongly advise you to do so and then either go into an EE store and ask for a replacement SIM card or you can order a replacement SIM card either by ringing customer service or you can do this via the My EE App and then clicking on the three lines at the top and then going to settings and you will see device and sim and can then order a replacement, hope this helps.

Sorry, yes did not read the whole of it, as @XRaySpeX  has written, you will need to activate it here first.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
