Topped up £20 & only had one text to confirm my top up, it’s took £20 out my bank twice.

@Terimurray  You’ll have to speak with customer services about this.   150 to call customer services from your device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
