Lost password/pull out info tab with info on for EE Smart WiFi Disc

Hello all,

 

Firstly, i'm not 100% sure if this comes under the '4GEE WiFi' tab but I currently have an EE Smart WiFi Disc, model WE410443-OT.

 

I have lost the pull-out tab on the back, that gives information on the network and wifi password, and perhaps some other info.

 

The serial number can still be seen, is there any way at all to get this back to working order, where I can find out what the wifi network and password is?

 

Hope i've explained this correctly, but if anymore info is required that I am able to provide - I am more than happy to!

On the back of what? I'm aware of pull-out tabs on the back of some routers but dunno about Mesh Disks. If you are talking about the back of a router, let me know which router.
