No, my bill shows home router added twice with 2 phone numbers.
the bill should be £55 per month but I’ve been charged £163.
Account charges -£200
Phone no x4788 £171.50
Phone no x9024 £165.99
extra charges £26.03
i only have one number and only ordered one router but I’m being charged for 2

Not only that but when ordering I double checked it was one router and that the directed debit account was changed but neither of that worked out.

Still waiting for a returns bag for the router that was sent twice and charged for twice and the old contract is being charged as well as the new contract too
so not very successful
