Hi!
I've changed my plan in October for the 24 month Unlimited £25 plan and now (09/11/2021) i've got a £50 charge on my bill for the £25 Plan.
So is this a double charge or just a one-off charge?
Is this normal or should i report this to EE?

@rammstein95 sounds like you’ve been charged the refundable fee that is to activate roaming on your account, if you would like this back now you need to call customer services to request it
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
