How to move number from PAYG to PAYM?

Hello,

I just completed move my number from CMLINK to EE, but It’s PAYG and I want to move to PAYM. I have found some other answers that send text SWITCH to 150 but I’m not currently eligible. So I bough a new sim card which a new number, but I want to keep my old number how can I do now please?

@Jiajin  just give customer services a call on 150. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
