Hi,
I’ve just received my IPhone 13 Pro today,
Upon ordering I used my emergency service discount for the monthly price however after Looking at the EE app, my bill says full price,
Does anybody know if I will be charged full price or discounted price?

Have you looked at Add ons, that would be where the discount, the plan stays at the original price

Thanks for the reply,
there is nothing in the add-on section on my contract,
when I spoke to EE to confirm before ordering they said the discount code was added!
might be best to ring to rectify not used to EE services it’s my first time with the network
