Hi, I am a disabled EE customer and already have a phone sim and number on pay as you go, my partner has always sorted my phone and finances but due to £13,000.00 going missing I am taking full control of my life and finances, I dont use the phone a lot but like to have it for emergancies and emails, since being put on pay as you go "not by choice" I barely get a signal so intend to upgrade, I like the look of the £10 flex package but would rather keep my EE sim and phone number is this possible as it says "order your free sim here" on the flex package page?

@PhilBUK The best way to sort this would be to call customer services and tell them what you want. You don’t need a new sim as your current sim can be used, you’ll need to setup a DD to pay for the flex tariff though.
