hello, ive recently just started a direct debit with EE, the bill date was the 23rd may and it says paid, the app says paid etc. The downloaded bill says it will be taken out on the 31st may but the money is still in the bank? is this correct or do i need to phone up and pay?

Your payment will be taken 10 days after your billing date. This is perfectly normal.
