I was planning to change my network providers from Lyca to EE and i did some procedures as well but I don’t think so it has been gone through. And yesterday suddenly deducted £22 from my bank account. I’m very confused about that because I’m still using lyca . So, it doesn’t make sense for me. I didn’t get the sim card yet. So, please kindly request to you that sort it out my this problem as soon as you can. Thanks

@Golden0109 Thus isn’t customer services we don’t know who you are. You need to call customer services and speak with them about this.
