Hi
My EE PAYM contact is attached to an eSIM on my iPhone which had to go into Apple to be repaired.
In the repair, they have fully wiped the phone and despite having my phone backed up, the eSIM info has not been retained.
I have tried to do a SIM swap and activate a new eSIM, however it's trying to send a pin code to my number to verify it which I can't access - how do I resolve this?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

In a reply to myself - scratch the question, a little bit of a delay on the EE live chat service but once I got through, my issue was resolved very quickly by the agent.
Having recently moved networks and had very poor experiences with my previous network on a customer service/tech support front - this was a genuinely refreshing experience.
Kudos to Samrat the agent working on Live Chat tonight!!
