Device name change

Hi , on my EE app it show me your advice is Samsung galaxy s8 but I use iPhone , how I can change it pleas ? Thanks

Have you recently changed to an iPhone from the Galaxy S8?

In my experience the system, eventually, catches up and shows the correct device. I can't remember how long it takes though sorry.

There's no functionality impact, the My EE app/website will catch the change after a couple days. I wouldn't worry about it
