New phone&plan upgrade last month phone never arrived informed dpd,ee

Took early upgrade beginning of last month phone still hasn’t arrived tracking shows phone is at pick up shop I have informed dpd,ee customer service s that phone is not at shop as tracking suggests so how come I been charged for new plan

@Biggyk   DPD are not allowed to leave this anywhere except at your address.   You need to call customer services about this ASAP.  Please remember as much as you want the new device it needs to be investigated on what’s happened to the device that was sent out.    You’ve been charged because the device was sent to you and billing is automatic.
