Hi I’m just wondering when do I get my deposit back because I’ve had my phone over a year now and I’ve still not received it

Hi I had to put down £100 deposit before I got my phone and I’ve had my phone over a year and I still haven’t got it back

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account.

 

The deposit may have been taken from your previous bills.
