Need help finding out when I delivery will happen as money as been taken out off account. I called EE gave my name and addresse which was fine, when it came to two other security questions I failed ( bill date due ) I have a txt confirming date, that was wrong, an the current device I have was wrong too as I no longer have it due to damage and I'm using a spare, with the contracted SIM. Surely my number would come up on their screen.

Is it an upgrade that you've ordered? If so, what kind of phone is it? Please include the colour and memory size, where applicable.
