Delivery tracking number

Hi , 

I was inform I would receive a conformation email/txt today with the time slot of the delivery of my new phone ? 

But I haven’t received anything can you advise ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If you ordered over the phone or internet, you should receive a text message with a reference beginning XK. 

 

You'll also get a text message with a tracking number, that you can use on the order tracker online.

 

Have you checked your spam/junk folder?
