Hey guys.
I placed an order for the new iPhone 13 pro max (which was out of stock but available to order). I just got a text today saying that it’s “on track” was wondering wether anyone has had the same thing and how long it took to deliver after this message.
Thank you!

I haven’t even got that far on my order which says ‘awaiting confirmation’. I don’t think it’s EE as I’ve always got mine promptly. I think it’s down to either manufacturing problems ( the iphones are made in China and Far East from materials from all over the world) or delivery problems (shipping is delayed as carriers are going to other ports when others are full or road transport stopped due to lack of people to unload from shipping or drivers to drive to destination). It’s happening with a lot of things. Ultimately a Government issue!
i think I’ll keep waiting awhile and then contact EE again and ask politely what the problem is exactly.

I got the same thing after 7 days. After another 7 days I got an order number. After another 7 I got a delivery window. This week the delivery window is gone and says it’s waiting for delivery date.
I think global demand and tge and the fact there are a few people with a cough is causing the delays. Need to just wait I’m afraid.

What is ‘tge’?
I think you’ll find it’s Brexit too. Lack of people in jobs in logistics and then other problems right back to manufacturing which might be Covid but also shortage of materials (which will get worse!). I think it’ll be more the norm...waiting! ☹️
