I have ordered an Apple Watch 6 on 24 October and received a ‘Thank you’ email, which said that my order is on its way. However, upon checking the status of delivery today (27/10), it showed that the order is still pending confirmation. How come? I have not paid for the watch as it comes with a ‘Watch Plan’. Can anybody help?

Hello! It’s a 44mm Silver model. There is no way I could ask for assistance from customer service, leaving helpless! 😓
