I hope someone can help - my current phone is broken and unusable. I checked on EE website and it said I could get an upgrade. I ordered a Motorola G7 on Sunday 17/10/2021 and so far have had no delivery and no notifications, effectively leaving me without a phone. Is there any way I could get another phone quicker than this?
