Hi can anyone tell me why i am receiving a data usage warning message saying i have used 10/12gb. When my allowance is 120gb and my account says i have only used 2gb, so i still have 118gb available. TIA

When you visit the below link. How much data is claimed to be on the plan?

Is the data warning produced by a handset or router which you have manually set the limit on according to a previous contract?
Or does it originate as a text message directly from the service provider?
