I have data unlimited I sent my son half he's been home using wifi and I have ran out. It won't let me send some back to me as I have ran out.

You may only gift data from the 1st 120 GB of your data each month. As you've run out you've already passed this 1st 120 GB of your data.

The OP probably has a data counter that stops data after a certain amount. The OP just needs to turn that off.
