Hi, I have no Internet in my house for two weeks and wanted to use my ee hotspot data to watch TV on my laptop. This worked for one day but then told me I had reached my limit at 12gb. Do I need to buy more hotspot data? I'm on an unlimited plan..

Thanks

@Highway13 : On an unlimited data plan you may use up to 600GB by your phone + all tethered devices. Where's 12GB come into it? What is the exact msg?

Hi @Highway13,

The 12GB is most likely a previously configured user setting on your device, rather than related to your EE contract. Kindly look in your device's data settings and get back to us.

Thanks,

Peter

It was a communication problem between the new m1 macbook, but thank you for your help...
