To be honest I don’t think anything will happen if you break the FUP. There are customers with tariffs that allow from 100-120Gb to be gifted each month and if a customer gifted this amount each month and the tariff allows such amounts to be gifted how can EE say you are breaking the T&Cs when they allow you to have this amount to be gifted in the first place.
