Data pack

Linney1967
Visitor

I have a data pack. I top it up £10 each month. I topped it up on the 6th April. It was due to start automatically today. I got a message saying that I need £10 for my data pack to start. I have 293mb rolled over from my last pack. When I looked on my EE it says that I have £9.60 credit.

at first glance, it looks as if your data did not activate unfortunately  this will be a call to  customer  services,

or

the other option is to top-up  perhaps  £5  or £10  and try, again I'm afraid

god luck in  getting  resolved

Hi @Linney1967

Thanks for coming to the community.

It looks like you may have used 40p of the credit for the pack, could you have send a picture message, or made a call, sent a text that was not included in your pack?

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.
