Hi, I did everything it had told me to do. Reply YES to accept reply NOW to get it on. I had ended up with doing all this saying it'll be on your pack will start, and after £19.60 than having my £15 pack taken out. I was all set up. Or so I thought. I have got 60p no mins no unlimited texts or any GB's. I have kept my texts showing that it accepted. Just now I've got no £ n no credit x

I bought a pack PACK15, did it's usual ways reply YES to buy. Reply NOW to get it started. And after everything was accepted, I was told my pack will start as soon as I call/text. Except that it didn't I have now no credit or any £'s to buy a new 1 x

Please help me x

Hi sweetie they won't be any point as I had to spend another £15 to get credit, which worked without any problems! Just gutted it never before. I could send you *copy n oaste* what it had said when I had bought it previously and when it had accepted n hadn't used it instead just spent all my money within a single day!!! X

Two separate payments hun. Well 3tbh as I had £11 already on credit. I sent £5 from my bank to get a pack, to which I either forgot to topup or assumed that the pack would already come on, except that it never, so I than transferred £15 onto my phone from my bank got a pack did all the replies it had asked me too. And than it said accepted, to which it never?? I rang 4ppl that day sent arnd 8texts and £19.60 to which the £15 pack and said it came through as accepted, I than got a text saying to top up. I turned to you lovely peeps and had no choice but to top up on my phone again. And this time it went straight through, and actually got the pack..... It's not the first time it has taken money, it's charged me DBL at one point, x

Thanks for coming back to me. 

 

I would suggest getting in touch with our Pay as you go Care team on 150 from an EE phone or 0800 079 8586 from any other phone, they will get these payments looked into for you.
