Data gifting

I have a family,plan and I usually gift data but it keeps saying I can’t from the account I have run out of data from? Even though I am trying to gift data from another account.

You may only gift data between numbers under the same MyEE account.

Are both numbers on the same pay monthly account? 

 

If so, and this has worked previously for you, do you get an error message when trying to gift data?
