Data boost

Hi,

We've moved to 100GB fibre broadband, which is supposed to have a 20GB data boost, but we're still on the old 5GB boost from our older BB.

Is it a case of wait until the next bill to get it added, or did someone forget?

I'm talking about the boost we get from having an EE Broadband package, which means we get some extra data allowance to the mobile phone.

@Gordon57 : How long's your new BB been live? The data boost should be added to your mobile by 30 days of that.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Well, it should have been the 16th, but there was a problem and we've only gone over to the new Broadband on the 23rd. I had a feeling we had to wait for the new data boost to take effect. I had it in mind that it would appear at the next billing date, whenever that is.
