I ordered a new 100Gb Data Sim card
I filled out all the necessary boxes like name address etc
Clicked on "Send me a free Sim" and nothing
No idea if the order has been placed as I received no email acknowledgement
I was expecting to pay for the card but that option never appeared
Cannot fathom out what EE CS number to ring to check my order

SIMs are sent via Royal Mail and can take 3-5 days to be delivered.
I would recommend checking your order by calling our customer service team on one of the following:
