Today I fell on the payment (not my finest moment) and have smashed my Samsung s10 plus, the back in perfect but the front Is smashed in a couple of places, the phone seems to be working fine, can flash on a little if in a certain position. I checked and I thought I had damage cover with my 24 month contract but I don't!!! What can I do?

That sounds spectacular, and painful, in equal measure!
If you were towards the end of your minimum term, I'd suggest looking at the cost of an early-upgrade, whether to the same model phone or otherwise - but I don't think this would apply in your case.
I can only suggest calling EE C/S on 150 to discuss your repair options, or checking out EE Repairs
