DPD DELIVERY !

I recently had an upgrade on my contract i was really happy about it, I got the iPhone 12, it was supposed to be delivered on the 9th July, this Friday ,but the driver apparently did not found my house, didn't even bother ringing me or anything,

 

I then paid 5£ for un update on my delivery for it to be delivered this Saturday the 10th, I got the confirmation that it was going to come and once again no news from DPD, not even an update on my tracking information,

 

We are now on Monday the 12th, and I am sick of waiting, I can't just keep on waiting for my phone to "maybe" come one day this week, I want answers

 

I contacted EE and DPD and they keep on doing is appologising , and to be honest it's still do not arrange my situation, my tracking information are saying that my parcel is on its way back to EE, but I want it sent to me again ASAP 

 

What do I need to do ?

@lennylag29  you gonna have to wait for it to go back to EE your account revert back to an upgrade status you be able to upgrade again once it’s been processed as being returned. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

because today after. along call with a DPD adviser I have evidence and guarantee that my phone is definitely back with EE in there depot it was delivered today at 12:27, just haven't heard anything from EE's side and I don't want my phone to be a lost cause in their depot while I'm here waiting for it to arrive
