Hi @JoMM
Thanks for coming to the community.
I will certainly try my best to help, can I just check, does she have the Google Play Services app on her phone?
If so, is this app up to date and have you tried clearing all cache for this app?
Do you know if this message happens when the phone is not connected to WiFi?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

Hi Leanne, Google Play cache I cleared this morning. The version is 20.42.17 with no option to update. I can't answer about the wifi as she has not been out of the house with it. BUT I've just now tried another teamviewer session to check the things you suggest, and the GOOGLE Stopped message has not reappeared, in at least 30 minutes. So fingers crossed something I did earlier has sorted it. I was afraid that the fact that Google no longer supports Android 7.0 Nougat , which the DORO 8035 is meant that was why she was getting the non stop message...Thanks for replying, I hope I don't need to ask again Sara (for Jo)
