He made the experience rather delightful, considering the circumstances. So polite, considerate and incredibly helpful, he is a credit to your company.

Not sure if this is the right place but I want to make a HUGE compliment and acknowledge an amazing member of your team called Michael. After an absolute nightmare from many members of staff messing up with my upgrade, Michael was an absolute star and sorted every problem withing minutes! He was very empathetic and reassuring. He managed to upgrade me to exactly what I wanted and even went the extra mile and sorted me out with some brand new broadband too! 

I really hope this gets to him and he gets the recognition he deserves! An absolute gem!
