Customer Support not working

Trying to contact customer support to follow up on an order on the 150 number and other number, isn't working. Would press 1 to go on to mobile phones then would press 3 to go on to upgrades at which point the call would just end.

 

Main reason I wanted to talk to customer support is about my upgrade order where I bought the new iPhone 13 pro max and an apple watch. Apple watch has arrived and wanted to follow up on the phone since the order email has no dates and trying to track it using order number says "tracking not available". Currently don't have an iPhone so the watch is just... there.

Hello @GMayo

 

I have just called 150 and followed these options:

 

option 1 > option 3 and the call connected. 

 

Please wait till the automated message about tracking your order online is finished and you will be placed into the queue. 

 

Regarding iPhone 13 orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from Apple.
