If you have an automatic direct debit setup, this negates the need to make any manual payments - once the bill has been generated, all the DD process is started and cannot be stopped.
The additional payment will now remain on your EE account as a credit and go towards your next monthly bill. If you want to request a bank transfer of this, then you need to call EE C/S on 150.
