Been an EE payg customer for years, set up automatic renewal years ago, £10 per month
Just browsing through my account and noticed I’m £150 in credit???
how has this happened and how do I get it back

PAYG credit is non refundable.
You've stopped buying packs but not stopped your recurring payments from being taken from your bank card.

So if I stop the recurring card payment would I be able to use the credit to buy a new £10 payg pack every month

Hi @Wildtraks
Thanks for coming to the community.
Yes, you will be able to use the credit to purchase packs each month 🙂
Thanks.

Hi @Wildtraks ,
On your original question of how to claim it back, the below reference may be useful if you've not changed your mind about doing that. Good luck!

@mikeliuk : That article doesn't tell you how to claim back CPA payments already spent, only how to stop CPAs & how to claim back CPA payments that your bank failed to act on when you tell them to stop.
