When asking EE to unlock my phone they said that the IMEI didn't exist on their files even though we had had it on a monthly contract for two years. Below is the email from L.G confirming that it does exist. EE have a get out clause in that the original phone with the contract was dropped one month into contract and I bought from the same EE shop a new one costing £100-00 which was entered into the contract in place of broken one. EE say that although the sim card was transferred to the new contract , the phone wasn't, any help to resolve this prob, would be helpful. Mick.

Have phoned EE on several occasions and been promised help by way of an email with unlock code but hasn't come. We were given the unlock code for the broken one which was only broken glass front but put in a new SIm card and tried unlocking but that didn't even work.
