If you want to keep your mobile no. get your PAC & port it to another network rather than calling CS to give 30 days notice to cancel your contract & no. outright.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

@mikeliuk Again you are wrong. Yes issues can happen when unlocking a device but what you don’t see is all the ones that have no issues. There are no more than say 10 on here at any one time of customers having issues. (EE have way more than 10 customers) if your going by what you read on here and I’ll say you are you’ll probably find it’s less then 1% of customers who have issues that’s less than 1% so 0.X%.
Me personally have never had an issue with any device with any network and that’s going back some 20 odd years.
